Our worlds can become very internalised, to the point where we just identify what's before us instead of seeing it. One job of the artist is to see what is there and to share that with others. Sometimes what is seen is superimposition of different realities. Sometimes that is a confusion, sometimes it becomes very interesting and even beautiful. James Street is an underground station in Liverpool and you're looking at one of the original platforms - no longer used - as seen from the carriage of one of the new Swiss-built trains that pass along the track. The old and the new in the same moment.
