The sun, the sea and the sky -
Growing up on a corner of the Wirral peninsular, surrounded on three sides by the sea (OK - strictly speaking it’s the sea and two tidal estuaries), I feel a bit marooned in the Vale of York and head for the coast whenever I can. To me, the sea is a powerful presence, and when combined with a big sky (and some sun) it’s as though all the elements we need for life have come together.
